GROF MOTO 01 - Jezersko and Logar Valley
If you love winding roads, breathtaking views, and enjoying nature, then this motorcycle tour is perfect for you. This circular route takes you through picturesque valleys, mountain passes, and stunning Alpine landscapes, offering a perfect combination of relaxed riding and adrenaline-filled curves.
The tour starts at Hotel Grof, from where we ride along winding roads through Tuhinjska Valley, which offers beautiful green landscapes and a peaceful rural atmosphere. Upon arriving in Kamnik, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Slovenia, we can take a short break for coffee or explore the historic town center.
We continue through Moste and Brnik, near Jože Pučnik Airport, then ride past Šenčur and Preddvor, enjoying the scenic views of the nearby hills. The journey then takes us to Zgornje Jezersko, where we can admire Alpine peaks and the crystal-clear Planšarsko Lake. One of the highlights of the route follows – the ascent to Pavlič Pass (1339 m), which offers spectacular views and exciting curves. We descend into Logar Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in Slovenia, where we can take a longer break for lunch or a walk to the Rinka Waterfall.
After a relaxing stop, we head towards Solčava, where we can also ride along the famous Panoramic Road, enjoying breathtaking views of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. The route continues through Luče, Ljubno ob Savinji, and Mozirje, where the road follows the Savinja River, offering a pleasant and smooth ride. We end the tour at Hotel Grof, where we can indulge in a hearty meal in Grof restaurant.

- Enjoy the twists and turns, but be cautious on the sharp corners at Pavličevo sedlo, which can be tricky for less experienced riders.
- In Logarska Dolina, take time to visit Rinka Waterfall, one of the most beautiful natural spots along the route.
- Check the weather forecast, as conditions can change rapidly in the mountains and affect your ride.
