2. PRICE
Prices are determined by the motorcycle package program and are valid from the date of publication of the program. Each price includes the services specified in the description of each package individually. Additional services not included in the base price are charged separately and are listed under "additional services."
Any discounts and benefits are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined. If the participant qualifies for multiple discounts simultaneously, only the highest discount will apply.

4. MOTORCYCLE TOURS
All motorcycle tours published on the website are recommendations only. Motorcyclists carry them out individually and they are not guided. The participant must first familiarize themselves with the difficulty and course of the selected tour and assess whether they have the necessary motorcycling knowledge for the selected tour and whether they are physically and mentally prepared to carry out the tour without posing a danger to themselves or other participants. If the participant has health issues, they must consult their doctor regarding the suitability of participating in the tour.
The participant is required to ride in accordance with the standards for safe and healthy motorcycling. Riding is at the participant's own risk. Responsibility for safe and healthy motorcycling lies with the participant, and Grof Motorbike assumes no liability in this regard.
If the participant is inadequately prepared for the tour, has unsuitable equipment, or causes any trouble or damage to themselves, their equipment, or other participants, Grof Motorbike is not responsible for any additional costs that may arise. In the case of a serious violation of the stated rules and obligations, the participant is responsible for covering damages and any other costs that may arise for Grof Motorbike. Grof Motorbike is NOT responsible for any damage caused by the participant to themselves, their equipment, or any other person.
5. INSURANCE
We recommend that participants take out personal accident insurance at their own expense and for their own benefit before departure for the motorcycle tour.
Terms and conditions – Motorbike and equipment rental
General Terms and Conditions – Motorcycle and Equipment Rental
In cooperation with Adriatic Moto Tours, the following general terms and conditions apply to motorcycle rentals:
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS - MOTORCYCLE RENTAL
These general conditions are an integral part of the rental agreement between the customer (hereinafter: the "renter") and SMTours d.o.o., Ovčakova 12, 1211 Ljubljana – Šmartno, also known as Adriatic Moto Tours (hereinafter: AMTours). The customer may conclude the rental agreement directly or through an agent.
2. RENTER
The renter is the signatory of the rental agreement and the person responsible for the motorcycle, regardless of who made the reservation and/or paid for the rental. The rented motorcycle may only be operated by the renter, i.e., the person whose personal details are listed on the rental agreement. The renter agrees to hold a valid driving license for the duration of the rental.
3. RENTAL PROVIDER
The owner and rental provider of the motorcycle is AMTours. Reservation and payment: The motorcycle reservation is binding once the renter fills out the online reservation form and pays a non-refundable deposit of 300 EUR. If the renter does not pay the deposit, AMTours may cancel the reservation at any time. Modifying an existing reservation is free of charge if done 21 days before the start of the rental. The remaining rental amount must be paid before or at the time of motorcycle pickup. All changes and cancellations must be submitted IN WRITING.
4. MOTORCYCLE
The images of motorcycles in printed materials or on the website do not always reflect the exact model the renter will receive. For exact specifications or special configurations, please call or email. AMTours will try to provide the requested motorcycle model but reserves the right to replace it with a similar model in unforeseen situations. Unforeseen situations include but are not limited to: technical malfunctions, damage from an accident, theft, or similar incidents. AMTours is not responsible for any delay caused by the manufacturer’s inability to deliver the motorcycle on time. If AMTours is unable to provide a similar model, the renter will receive a refund of the relevant portion of the rental price if there is a price difference. AMTours will make an effort to contact the renter beforehand.
5. VEHICLE RENTAL
The shortest rental period is 1 day on weekdays (Monday to Friday) or 2 days on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with the motorcycle being picked up on Friday afternoon and returned on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday.
Required Documents: The renter agrees to have valid documents necessary for motorcycle rental during the rental period: a valid passport or ID card and a valid driving license. By submitting the reservation form, the renter declares that they possess a valid driving license for the duration of the rental and for the motorcycle model they have reserved.
Motorcycle Pickup and Return: The renter receives the motorcycle in good condition, with all necessary equipment and documents. The renter agrees to return the motorcycle by the end of the rental agreement, at the time and location specified in the rental contract, in the same condition as it was rented, with all equipment and documents. If the renter has reserved the motorcycle in advance and there is a delay in pickup or the motorcycle is returned before the end of the rental agreement, the renter is not entitled to any monetary refunds and will pay the price for the entire rental period originally agreed upon.
In case the renter exceeds the agreed rental time, the first 59 minutes will not be charged. After this time, every additional hour will be charged at 1/5 of the daily rental price up to 5 hours, which equals the full daily rental price.
In case the renter picks up the vehicle outside the AMTours working hours (Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), they will pay a fee of 48 EUR for pickup and return outside working hours.
The renter must return the motorcycle with a full tank. Otherwise, the renter will bear the fuel costs and refueling costs according to the current price list (25 EUR + fuel price). The renter is responsible for all fuel and oil expenses during the rental.
The renter may not: • Use the motorcycle for commercial purposes, • Use the motorcycle in motorcycle races, speed competitions, or other tests, • Drive the motorcycle off-road or on a race track, • Sublet or sell the motorcycle, its parts, equipment, or accessories to third parties, • Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that affect driving ability, • Overload the motorcycle, • Modify the motorcycle technically or optically, • Use the motorcycle for illegal purposes.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER
The renter agrees:
• To maintain proper levels of coolant and battery fluid,
• To regularly check and maintain the oil level in the engine,
• To maintain proper tire pressure.
The renter will ensure all necessary care when handling the motorcycle and when parking it, ensuring it is securely locked when not in use. The renter will comply with all traffic regulations and is responsible for any fines they incur during the rental period. For any unpaid fines, AMTours will charge 30 EUR in administrative costs.
7. INSURANCE
All motorcycles are insured for third-party damage and comprehensive insurance. Comprehensive insurance has a deductible. At the time of rental, a deposit of between 0 EUR and 3,500 EUR, depending on the motorcycle model and type of insurance, must be paid. The deposit can be secured with a credit card or paid in cash at the time of motorcycle pickup. The deposit will be fully refunded if the motorcycle is returned undamaged. Any damage to the motorcycle, up to the amount of the deposit, will be deducted from the deposit. The GPS device is not covered by the motorcycle's insurance and must be paid in full in case of damage or theft.
AMTours offers three insurance options: • Standard insurance is included in the rental price. • VIP insurance is optional. The premium is 25 EUR per day and reduces the motorcycle deposit. • Super VIP insurance is optional. The premium is 40 EUR per day, and no deposit is required.
VIP and Super VIP insurance are available to drivers who are older than 25 and younger than 75 years old, and for rentals longer than 7 days.
Regardless of the insurance chosen, the renter is responsible:
- For any damage caused to the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other psychoactive substances that affect driving ability,
- For any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence,
- For any damage if the driver did not have a valid driver's license at the time of the incident,

Engine Failure In case of engine failure, the renter agrees to immediately notify AMTours and follow all instructions provided by AMTours. All necessary repairs on the road may only be carried out by an authorized person. For parts replacement or repairs, an original service receipt must be provided; otherwise, AMTours will not acknowledge the reimbursement costs.
Accidents and Theft The renter agrees to immediately notify the police and AMTours in case of an accident or theft and to follow their instructions. The renter will secure all evidence (e.g., witnesses, photos, etc.) and submit the police report to AMTours.
8. RENTAL VEHICLE DAMAGES
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by:
- Any illegal activity during the rental period,
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- Failure to adhere to proper motorcycle maintenance.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation conditions are outlined in the rental agreement.
